This really is the jewel in our crown, you’re unlikely to find a better display anywhere in the UK and that’s not just what we think. It’s a regular comment from our customer’s friends who come visiting - cool box in hand, ready to take a mouth watering selection home with them.

All our meat is reared locally (within 10 miles of the shop). The beef from The Holdcroft family at Audley, Lamb from Rob Davenport at Sandbach and the Pork from Reaseheath Agricultural College. We know that all our suppliers practice the highest standards of care and welfare ensuring the animals lives are as stress free as possible, which only adds to the taste. A stressed animal produces tough meat.

Our passion for food and knowledge of animal husbandry has led us to develop the skills of “seam” butchery, taking each muscle and utilising it to it’s maximum potential, removing sinews and connective tissue that traditional butchery leave behind. Providing you with a quality waste free meal – a Cheerbrook plate is a clean plate!

Whilst providing the quality basics for those chefs amongst you, we understand that not everyone wants or has the time to create an exciting meal from scratch, that’s why we are famous for our ready to cook range, why not try:-

Beef Olives lean steak mince marinated in red wine with garlic mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, herbs & seasonings wrapped in prime minute steak
Thai Pork Patties Cheshire pork combined with ginger, lime & chilli
Chicken Imperial skinless chicken breast, stuffed with pork & leek sausagemeat and wrapped in Cheerbrook dry cured bacon
Spatchcock Lamb tenderised silverside of lamb in a sunblush tomato & basil marinade, skewered to an even thickness – great for the bbq
Italian Meatballs prime minced beef with fresh tomato and basil – children love them
