The
Butchery This really is the jewel in our crown,
youre unlikely to find a better display anywhere in
the UK and thats not just what we think. Its
a regular comment from our customers friends who
come visiting - cool box in hand, ready to take a mouth
watering selection home with them.
All our meat is reared locally (within 10 miles of the
shop). The beef from The Holdcroft family at Audley, Lamb
from Rob Davenport at Sandbach and the Pork from
Reaseheath Agricultural College. We know that all our
suppliers practice the highest standards of care and
welfare ensuring the animals lives are as stress free as
possible, which only adds to the taste. A stressed animal
produces tough meat.
Our passion for food and knowledge of animal husbandry
has led us to develop the skills of seam
butchery, taking each muscle and utilising it to
its maximum potential, removing sinews and
connective tissue that traditional butchery leave behind.

Whilst providing the quality basics for those chefs
amongst you, we understand that not everyone wants or has
the time to create an exciting meal from scratch,
