Cooked meats including Apple Ham, Roast Ham, Roast Silverside and our homage to the delis of New York – Pastrami.
Scotch Eggs, Chicken Gougons, Stuffed Mushrooms, Victorian & Luxury Coleslaw, Potato Salad and much more. The only things we don’t make ourselves are the Patchwork Pates and Gourmet Pies and Quiches but when you taste how good they are, you’ll know why we don’t try and compete!

Ready Meal Range ... we’re all getting more and more aware of the quality of food we eat, the salt content and additives, but many of us have little time to create a nutritious meal from scratch when we arrive home from work. This is where we come in – our range of ready meals are all cooked here in the Kitchen, using our own meat and vegetables, then blast frozen to ensure maximum flavour and quality.
