Cooked meats including 2 types of Roast Ham, Roast Silverside, Pastrami, Corned Beef, Pressed Tongue, Turkey and the famous Cheerbrook Feast (Turkey breast stuffed with pork, lemon & thyme sausagemeat, wrapped around a pork tenderloin).
Other delicacies include our fantastic Scotch Eggs, 3 Coleslaws, 2 Potato Salads, a Spicy Cous Cous salad and Pasta salad. We have also been working on our Pate and this is available on the counter along with our homemade Pesto – so much better than out of a jar.
We also make our own range of delicious ready meals, all made using the same ingredients you can buy in the shop. These include Lasagne, Moussaka, Lamb in Red Wine, Beef in Guinness, a variety of pies and many more – all are perfect standbys for the freezer, when you have run out of time or just need a break!
