BPEX Awards

Great results from the recent BPEX Awards, they had their largest entry to date and we are extremely proud to announce we won the best gammon title.

We also entered three varieties of sausage gaining gold awards for the Hammered Hog and Traditional Pork. The third variety was entered into the Young Butcher class and was made by our very own Gareth Wood and he was awarded a Silver. He achieved 92 out of a 100, only just missing out on a gold which needs 95 – well done Gareth!
