Cheerbrook Cattle take top honours
You may already know that Andrew is passionate about producing the finest beef herd possible. Our new Aberdeen Angus calves are already proving that they form a fantastic foundation for the new Cheerbrook herd and will provide offspring that will be sold through the shop.
At the recent Aberdeen Angus Cattle Society Winter National Calf Show held at Borderway Mart, Carlisle, our three calves proved they had the quality required. The event was the biggest yet with 140 calves entering from across the country and Andrew proudly walked away with four awards…

• Cheerbrook Aragon & Cheerbrook Abbi - won the best pair of calves
• Cheerbrook Abbi - 2nd in the older calf class
• Cheerbrook Miss Essence - 2nd in the junior calf class

St Luke’s Hospice car visits Cheerbrook
The St. Luke’s hospice ‘win a car for £1’ visited us on Friday. Volunteers Ed & Sue were delighted that we found them a spot inside out of the rain, and we were able to keep them topped up with tea & toast!
